TimeTracking

The simple way to track time

In September 2022, the Federal Labour Court ruled that from now on, all companies are obliged to accurately record working hours, both when employees are on company premises and when they are working from home. With the help of state-of-the-art technologies and software, this is easier than ever before. (Source: Report.at)

With the gorelate Time Tracking add-on, working hours are not only recorded efficiently, but above all in compliance with the European Court of Justice and the law. And what’s more, it also fits perfectly into the existing Dynamics environment. gorelate Time Tracking is now officially available in the Microsoft Marketplace AppSource – try the free demo version now!

why use Time Tracking?

Working Time Act

Recording of working hours according to the ECJ, taking into account the permissible working hours, breaks and overtime.

Reporting and billing

Easy month-end closing as well as exporting reports to Excel. As a result, payslips are simplified, as holidays and absences can be recorded quickly.

Booking to cost centers

Specific definition of cost centres or projects on which employees can book their working hours.

Time tracking with Dynamics 365

In gorelate’s time registration tool, you can store authorisations, target working hours and corresponding holiday calendars in specific working time profiles for e.g. different teams or different countries, whose different regulations are automatically taken into account. While the working time is being entered, the data and authorisations are automatically checked, eradicating the need for subsequent corrections. At the end of the month, all you have to do is close it and an automatic monthly report is ready for download.

The working hours, including overtime, can be viewed transparently by the employer and supervisor at any time and can be completed for approval at the end of the month.
