Jana is a dynamo, focused on CRM sales and business consulting. She finds innovation, artificial intelligence and automated processes extremely interesting, exciting and above all relevant. Her guiding principle is #accelerate, whether in business or in her free time.

Having started out in tourism, Niko then studied communication and e-business and worked in marketing. After that it was time for CRM. At gorelate, we like to unleash this pizza maker with a million-dollar smile on our customers right away.

Loves mathematical optimisation models and rap battles. Likes to create sophisticated algorithms accompanied by rich hip-hop beats. When he’s not busy with report engines, JavaScript and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, he spends his time on the basketball court. His height is definitely an advantage.

A specialist in … everything! The technical polymath. “Nerd”, “styler” and “best buddy” – no one else combines these attributes so authentically.

Sonia is a master of software engineering and data science ace in one! True to her name, she smiles like the sun and loves to dance to Shakira.

Lisa likes nothing better than order and reliability, but internally she is best known as the first point of contact for body awareness and mind – the best combo for project management. What we like about her most: she’s always fun and fits perfectly into #teamgorelate.

Bene is actually a qualified lawyer – but at some point that was too one-sided for him, which is why he chose to become a Dynamics specialist. When he’s not implementing cool use cases with Power BI, he’s an extra on the Bergdoktor TV series (set in Tyrol!) or writing Wikipedia articles.

CRM with passion and a lot of power: that’s Thomas’ ethos, who brings a lot of practical experience to our team from his time as a CRM lead at a bank. He recharges his batteries with his family, doing DIY, gardening or travelling.

There is no problem that he does not know and for which he cannot find a solution. Knows how to restore calm when customers and consultants find themselves in tricky situations. He’s always happy to help!

Likes sun, hiking and free running. gorelate’s head gardener also works in product and project management and is a consultant. Agile is his current buzzword – and our nickname for him!

Madeleine studied business informatics, but her true passions are crocheting and Dynamics 365. A pretty cool consultant combo, we think! She is also studying hard for her business education degree and helps out with childcare for the Catholic youth group.

Of an evening she relaxes by doing kickboxing – which gives you an idea of how she deals with technical challenges during the day! Our customers love her for it, and so do we!

First point of contact and saint in the gorelate office. With her sympathy, light touch and experience, she makes organising the office and looking after the team a daily pleasure.

Our (real) active firefighter. Doesn’t play with fire, but always keeps a cool head even in hot project phases. Project experience money can’t buy … and his customers know it.

Before you turn off the light in the office, you should always double-check that Markus isn’t still busy solving another problem. Because he won’t leave before he’s fixed it, you can rely on that!

Our CRM expert who has a lot of experience as a customer, now drives projects forward with her logical and analytical approach. She is just as ambitious, good and reliable at work as she is when doing sports.
